How we use Cookies
Processing of personal data as part of cookie collection:
Personal data of users of the defence.pke-ee.pl website will be processed through the passive collection of data using cookies for the following purposes:
- Necessary for displaying and properly functioning of the website, ensuring its functionality and security, e.g., enabling registration, login, logout, sorting displayed data, transmitting information, fulfilling a legal obligation regarding information disclosure, and recording consents given through selected User settings.

The website uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94040, USA) (“Google”). Cookies are installed on the User’s device to collect data such as: browser and device information, IP address, visited web pages, and date/time of server request.
The service operates on IP anonymization. Google shortens (removes the last eight digits) of IP addresses from the European Economic Area, anonymizing them. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to Google servers in the USA and anonymized there.
Google, on behalf of PKE Polska Sp. z o.o., uses this information to evaluate site usage, create traffic reports, and provide other services related to Internet usage. Google will not combine your IP address with other data held by Google.
Information generated by cookies regarding website use is transmitted and stored on Google servers in the USA. Since the USA does not guarantee a data protection level equivalent to the EU, PKE Polska Sp. z o.o., in order to ensure proper data protection, concluded an agreement with Google including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
